These terms govern your use of this website and the supply of goods and services by Spaceman Pallet Racking and Shelving (“we”, “us”) of Spaceman Business Park, Unit 1, Severnbridge Industrial Estate, Caldicot, Monmouthshire, NP26 5PW.
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices and do not constitute an offer. All quotations are subject to stock availability and confirmation at the time of order. Second-hand stock changes daily.
Used equipment is sold as inspected, quality-checked second-hand goods. Product images are illustrative; supplied items may vary in colour and finish while meeting the agreed specification.
Delivery dates are given in good faith. While we operate one of the fastest delivery services in the industry, delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Where installation is included, it is carried out to full SEMA recommendations. Racking must be used within the stated load limits and in accordance with load notices. It is the customer’s responsibility to operate storage equipment safely and to arrange periodic inspections as required by health and safety legislation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
